Over 20 years of diverse experience in the Hospitality & Travel industry, Mr. Madhu has worked with the largest Global & Japanese brands starting from Grand Hyatt Tokyo, H.I.S. Co. Ltd., Rakuten Travel Inc. & JTB Corporation with different brands and segments as a responsible executive position. Mr. Madhu is working as General Manager with the responsibility of overall Asian market. His specialties are Organizational Leadership in hospitality & tourism administration, consistently ensuring streamlined business operations, and strategic sales and marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills. Mr. Madhu offers multiple language communication skills, including English, Japanese, Spanish, Hindi & Nepali. He has achieved a Master's Degree in Sociology & Anthropology along with Bachelor in Commerce & Business administration, Mr. Madhu completes his special Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality from Trajal Hospitality & Tourism College in Tokyo, Japan.
